How can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation, we are unable to modify the order or the delivery address. However, we will try our best to intervene and cancel the order before it is dispatched. You can ask for cancellation of your order by contacting us.
Must I create an account to place an order?
No, not at all. You can check out as a “Guest”. This means you will have to fill in your payment and address details each time you place an order on Atoner store. But if you want to have your own account, please create a new account first. Then you will get registered. In this way, you can see all your previous orders and other related information, so as to get an easy and efficient shopping experience in our store.
How could I return an item to you?
All the returns must be authorized by our team. Only after you get an an authorized email from our team can you send the items back to us. We will tell you the return address and notes number. If you have any problems, please feel free to caontact us.
Will you refill my old printer cartridges?
We won’t refill printer cartridges at our corporate headquarters or fulfillment centers.
Do you offer delivery outside the UK?
We offer shipping of goods to UK addresses – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. And if you want delivery outside the UK, Atoner has five warehouses in Europe. We will choose the nearest warehouse to deliver the goods for you.
If I place the order today, when will you ship?

I've ordered the wrong printer cartridges
The compatibility information of our printer cartridge is very accurate. However, if there exists any error on our website which has caused you to order the wrong printer cartridges, we will definitely accept them. Even if you have opened the package, we will arrange for a full replacement or refund.
If you’ve ordered the wrong cartridges for another reason (and have opened the packaging), we may still be able to help.
Just contact us to discuss about the problem. For an efficient solution, please ensure that you’ve given the team your order number, your name and the items you hope to return. Please also tell us if the items have been opened.
I have received my cartridges, but my printer is not listed on the box?
Each cartridge type can be used in many different printers, and you may find that your printer model is not listed on the cartridge box or the label of the cartridge inside. If you have any doubts, please contact us before opening the package.
