On working days, if you order before the cut-off time in your local time, we will pack and ship on the same day. Even if your order experience a shipping delay due to the COVID-19, 95% of our online orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery Times
Business days refer to Monday~Friday ( holidays and weekends excluded). We cooperate with Hermes, GLS, DHL, DPD to provide shipping by land for your orders. Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan your order accordingly. The reference is as follows:

Shipping Fees
Currently, we provide a Free Shipping service on orders over 50（ex.VAT）for most countries. And if the total amount does not reach to 50 ex.VAT. Due to the cost, distance, carries and other factors, the shipping fees may vary from £3~€10. Please check the shipping costs below：

Our shipping fees are VAT included. The shipping fees are denominated in GBP, your shipping cost paid in EUR may be affected by the real-time exchange. Most deliveries are arriving between 1-3 days after dispatch. The expected delivery day and cooperated logistics will also be shown in the checkout when ordering. Please be confident that you are getting the best products and shipping service we can offer.
Additionally, for Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, we provide a Free Shipping service when you spend over €199 ex.VAT. However, orders under €199 ex.VAT will be charged €11~€21 for shipping. Of course, shipping fees are denominated in GBP, your shipping cost paid in EUR may be affected by the real-time exchange.
